By accessing or using Stratum (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stratum is a non-custodial tool that allows users to create and manage SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are executed directly on-chain through the user's wallet. The Service does not hold or control any user funds or private keys.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and any associated metadata.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

STRATUM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS DUE TO TRANSACTION ERRORS, SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, OR USER ERROR.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATUM OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
